Proper Cable Crossovers Form Explained

Today we’re going to discuss in detail the proper form for Cable Crossovers. Cable crossovers are among the most poorly performed exercise we see. This is not a press, and the cables are not intended to be crossed!

Have you seen a Pec Deck that has you cross the handles? Of course not. This is no different. Crossing the medial plane removes the tension from the chest, thus removing the focus of the movement from the Pec Major and transferring it to the deltoid.
